This page is dedicated to our  SOTD families - and anyone interested for that matter - you don't have to be a member of SOTD to join in on the fun.  
We hope everyone is making the best out of this crazy situation and enjoying some family time at home.  Please check back often as we will be adding more activities and videos to follow along with each day.  Let's all stay healthy and stay active.

Things To Do...

Complete activities in the Family Fun Zone to earn your DRAGON DOLLARS.  
  • ​For every 20 Dragon Dollars you will receive an email with your TEAM DRAGON certificate.
  • For 35 Dragon Dollars earn your FREEDOM FUN DAY TICKET.  All extra points will earn you bonuses at the Freedom Fun day.

Spirit Week was such a success we were asked to keep up with the challenges.  We have some awesome fun challenges, games and prizes for this month.  Click here for more info.
Calling all creative builders, inventors, thinkers and doers - check out the CONTRAPTION VIDEO BELOW.  We know we have some amazingly creative families and we would love to put your brain and creativity to the test.  Check out our RUBE GOLDBERG Machine/Contraption and then get your brain working and make one of your own.  We can't wait to see some awesome creations.

Print out our Ninja Word Search and send a photo of your completed puzzle.  Or, if you can't get it printed, we will just have to take your word for it.

SEND US YOUR NINJA DRAWING
1 DRAGON DOLLAR for every NINJA drawing you submit.
We would love some fun NINJA ARTWORK to decorate the SOTD walls for when all of our students come back to class.  Take some time and make us a cool Ninja Drawing - then take a photo or scan it and send it to us.  We will print it out and post it up on our wall.

SASK MARTIAL ARTS CONTEST
The Saskatchewan Martial Arts Association has a Facebook contest helping to keep you active and having fun.  Enter the contest and get a chance to win a prize from the Saskatchewan Martial Arts Association.
READING FUN

HIDDEN NINJAS
Everyone knows that Ninja are great at hiding.  Let's see how focused you are and see if you can find and count all the Ninjas.  Send us a submission and let us know how many you counted.  All correct counts will be entered to win a fun prize.  If no one gets it right, the closest guess WINS.

Show your SOTD spirit by sharing your spirit week photos here or on our facebook page.  Photos can be shared in the comments of the daily reminders next week.

It's great to keep your body active but we need to make sure we are keeping our brain just a busy.  Check out our CONTRAPTION CHALLENGE and share it with us.  
Every entry will receive 3 DRAGON DOLLARS towards your FREEDOM FUN DAY Ticket.
Each entry will also be entered to win a prize.

TRAINING & WORKOUT VIDEOS

 2 DRAGON DOLLARS for every video you complete.  Send us a video of you doing some of the activities or just shoot us a message letting us know which video you completed and what you thought of it.

These videos were put together to help our students stay active and maintain their skills during this heath crisis.  We encourage you to get the family together and have some fun staying active and making memories.
