The Warrior Workout focuses on mobility and strength drills to help you get stronger, feel better and live life better.
Featuring a wide range of skills from Kickboxing and kettlebells to bodyweight and mobility drills. The Warrior Workout is perfect for all skills and fitness levels. Everything we do is adaptable to your body type and fitness levels. Our professional instructors will ensure drills are perfect for you while pushing you to reach your personal goals.

  • Veteran of over 25 Spartan Races, including the Canadian Championships
  • Placed 16th in the world in Strongfirst's Tactical Strength Challenge 
  • Student of Kempo with current rank of Green belt
  • Completed numerous GORUCK endurance events, including two twelve hour overnight events led by retired Special Ops members

What if I haven't worked out in a long time?
No problem if you haven't worked out in years.... or ever. We offer an all inclusive family environment that welcomes everyone. Our instructors will make sure the drills and challenges are adapted to suit your current level.
Do I need any equipment?

What do I wear?
Wear something comfortable that allows for full body movement. Because all of our workouts are done on Martial Arts mats, you will be training in either socks or bare feet.
