DETAILS
POSITION: Front desk team
SHIFT SCHEDULE: Weeknights & some Saturdays
HOURS: Between 8-24 hours/week.  We will discuss options with the successful applicant
WAGE: Starting at $15.35/hour but will be discussed based on qualifications.
REQUIREMENTS
  • ​Very friendly & welcoming personality
  • Comfortable working with public (both kids & adults)
  • Confident using a computer (training on our software will be provided)
  • Organized & reliable
  • Friendly and comfortable on the phone
  • Energetic & fun with a great attitude
  • Must be a minimum of 16 years old - or have completed the Young Worker Readiness Certificate Course if 14-15 years old.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • ​Greeting students & parents
  • Answering questions and assisting students & guests 
  • Managing front desk tasks
    • taking payments 
    • answering phones
    • taking attendance
    • general organizing
