- SWORD training includes both the Katana and Chinese sword. Double sword training for those ready for a challenge.
- BO STAFF includes both traditional and Xtreme Competition sets, spins and combative routines.
- SAI & KAMA give you the best of the traditional training and modern Xtreme forms and tricks. Both weapons offer a challenge and some fun new skills.
- NUNCHUCKS are a guaranteed hit with all ages. Ranging from basic to advanced double sets keeping everyone having fun and pushing their limits.
What will you be learning:
- Each weapon has a traditional and modern aspect and we will work skills from both areas.
- Sets include individual forms sets and partner or team combative movie style choreography.
- Spins and throws are a must to keep each session fun and a challenge for everyone.
- You will hone your previous skills and learn new and challenging ones to practice at home.
