So what makes the Extreme Fun Camp so special?
We know that parents want their kids to have fun but more importantly learn valuable skills and make friends. We also know that the kids are here for one thing....THE FUN!!
So, each day includes sessions on Bully Defence, Leadership skills, Self control, Team Work, Fitness and more. And in between these sessions we jam the day full of some epic Xtreme Games.

Archery Tag is the ultimate morphing of Archery, Paintball and Dodgeball. The thrill of Paintball without the mess (or the welts). It is an epic game of skill, agility and teamwork. Once basic Archery skills and safety etiquette are learned, the adrenaline is amped-up to maximum with team challenges that have everyone ducking, dodging and having an epic team battles. Padded arrows, body armour and face masks provide for a safe but adrenaline pumping experience of a lifetime. |

When is seems like things can't get any more fun....along comes Bazooka Ball. We are so very excited to incorporate this into our already jammed packed days. Bazooka Ball is much like paintball but without the mess OR the pain. Students don their protective body and face armor and blast 2 inch foam balls around the room. Because they are CO2 powered they are easy for all ages to operate. From accuracy and timed challenges to full on Bazooka Ball Battles, this is the ultimate in team building fun. Challenges vary in skill and intensity depending on the age and comfort level of the campers. |

We are unsure if Bubble Balls will be available Summer 2021 until restrictions are finalized. Bubble Balls may just look like a whole lotta fun but they provide an amazing balance and body awareness experience that keep the kids moving and smiling the whole time. Campers can choose the intensity of their Bubble Ball experience. Those more reserved may choose to roll & bounce in the No-Bumping Zone, while others may want to pick it up a notch and join in the Bumping Bubble Ball Challenges. |

Taking some amazing technology and putting it to use for skill and fun. One of the most fun workout and skill developers around - the same equipment used to train elite level athletes is used to motivate our campers and have some serious fun challenges. From individual hand and foot speed, to team obstacle course challenges, students are always excited to put their skills to the test with our reaction lights. |

Glow Games are a chance for today's youth to relive the glory days of the Black Light 80's Neon era. Students are invited to dress in their most epic neon ensemble and see who glows the most. Couple that with awesome Glowing Dodgeballs, and other cool toys, it makes for an epic day of teamwork, games and fun. So feel free to dig out some leg warmers and head bands for your kids and get them ready for some serious glow Fun. |

From Lateral Rock climbing, slack line and parkour ramps to box horses and swinging ropes. Our Ninja Courses change every year and give our campers a great challenge of balance, strength and speed. Including individual challenges motivating students to challenge their own limits as well as amazing team building and confidence building activities. |

Skill and accuracy will not be good enough this week - teams must work together and strategize to survive these Nerf Challenges. A variety of games allow our campers to test their accuracy, agility and dodging skills to see who will come out on top as the Nerf Champions. With 2 styles of Nerf Blasters available everyone can get in on the fun. |

Despite being one of our more serious sessions, our Standing Tall Bully Defence is one of the most popular sessions. Our Bully Defence helps our campers learn how to verbally and physically diffuse potential Bullying by learning how to Stand Tall and Stand their ground. Our campers learn how to prevent Bullying situations but also how to physically defend against a situation should it escalate and turn physical. Campers learn the importance of self control, but also the importance of standing up for one's self. |

One of the most popular skills taught at camp according to our parents, and much enjoyed by our campers as well, is the Leadership skills. The week is jammed packed with team building skills that reinforce the importance of sportsmanship as well as the importance of winning AND losing gracefully. Our 'positive attitude only' zone reinforces the importance of being positive about peers and supporting rather than tearing down. This allows students to feel safe stepping outside of their comfort zone and assuming the role of a leader throughout the week. |

Students love the fun and challenge of learning traditional Martial Arts Weapons skills - and parents love the focus and attention skills that are developed. Students learn about a wide variety of traditional weapons as well as safety and various skills. Once they are familiar with the various weapons students are allowed to choose their favourite and hone their skills. For the safety of our campers no sharp weapons are used. |
x
Daily fitness sessions allow our campers to get warmed up and understand the importance of a healthy active lifestyle. Sessions include both hand and foot agility/coordination drills, cardio conditioning and core and strength training. Proper form and the importance of a warming and stretching the muscle are stressed with every session. Campers not only get a great work out but also learn various drills, exercises and stretches that they can do at home. |

A great way for your budding actor to express their creativity and learn about the methods and safety involved with Movie Stunt Choreography. Students review fight scenes and learn how they are done as well as the important safety measure in any stunt performing. Those interested in this area are given the option to develop their skills through choreographing their own fight scenes, reviewing video footage and analyze camera angles. Stunt Choreography provides a safe zone for our more introverted students to build their confidence but also allows our more outgoing students the opportunity to 'ham it up' for the audience. |
In addition to the Xtreme Activities that we do, each day is filled with confidence building skills, games and challenges. The kids have a blast with Mini-Trampoline Stunts, Board Breaking, Lateral Rock Climbing, Ninja Obstacle Courses, Slack Line, Gladiator Challenges and so much more!! We can barely fit every thing into the days!!
