SUMMER CAMPS ONLY Bungee Trampoline is something most kids only experience at amusement parks or fairs. Our onsite Bungee Trampoline allows campers the opportunity to experience the thrill of extreme bouncing, flips and stunts with the safety of a harness and our trained staff to help them out. All campers start off with basic Trampoline safety and move forward with their challenges as their skills and confidence improves. |

Bubble Balls may just look like a whole lotta fun but they provide an amazing balance and body awareness experience that keep the kids moving and smiling the whole time. Campers can choose the intensity of their Bubble Ball experience. Those more reserved may choose to roll & bounce in the No-Bumping Zone, while others may want to pick it up a notch and join in the Bumping Bubble Ball Challenges. |

Taking some amazing technology and putting it to use for skill and fun. One of the most fun workout and skill developers around - the same equipment used to train elite level athletes is used to motivate our campers and have some serious fun challenges. SUMMER CAMPS ONLY We can't wait for the summer weather so our campers can hop into their very own Hamster Ball for some hilarious fun. Campers flop, bob and roll in their ball and finally get the chance to see what it is like to be a hamster (we know it is every kid's dream). And believe it or not Hamster Balls are a great skill developer for balance and coordination (but let's be honest, we do it mainly for the fun) |

Despite being one of our more serious sessions, our Standing Tall Bully Defence is one of the most popular sessions. Our Bully Defence helps our campers learn how to verbally and physically diffuse potential Bullying by learning how to Stand Tall and Stand their ground. Our campers learn how to prevent Bullying situations but also how to physically defend against a situation should it escalate and turn physical. Campers learn the importance of self control, but also the importance of standing up for one's self. |

Students love the fun and challenge of learning traditional Martial Arts Weapons skills - and parents love the focus and attention skills that are developed. Students learn about a wide variety of traditional weapons as well as safety and various skills. Once they are familiar with the various weapons students are allowed to choose their favourite and hone their skills. For the safety of our campers no sharp weapons are used. |
x
A great way for your budding actor to express their creativity and learn about the methods and safety involved with Movie Stunt Choreography. Students review fight scenes and learn how they are done as well as the important safety measure in any stunt performing. Those interested in this area are given the option to develop their skills through choreographing their own fight scenes, reviewing video footage and analyze camera angles. Stunt Choreography provides a safe zone for our more introverted students to build their confidence but also allows our more outgoing students the opportunity to 'ham it up' for the audience. |

One of the most popular skills taught at camp according to our parents, and much enjoyed by our campers as well, is the Leadership skills. The week is jammed packed with team building skills that reinforce the importance of sportsmanship as well as the importance of winning AND losing gracefully. Our 'positive attitude only' zone reinforces the importance of being positive about peers and supporting rather than tearing down. This allows students to feel safe stepping outside of their comfort zone and assuming the role of a leader throughout the week. |
x
Daily fitness sessions allow our campers to get warmed up and understand the importance of a healthy active lifestyle. Sessions include both hand and foot agility/coordination drills, cardio conditioning and core and strength training. Proper form and the importance of a warming and stretching the muscle are stressed with every session. Campers not only get a great work out but also learn various drills, exercises and stretches that they can do at home. |
