We offer a wide variety of options including:
Self Defence & Bully Prevention
Kickboxing & Traditional Martial Arts
Team Building and Leadership programming
Fitness and Agility Challenges and Fun
Extreme Games including Archery Tag, Bubble Balls, Nerf Battles and Glow Dodge Ball.

We invite students into our facility for the full Fun & Fitness experience but our instructors are available to come to your school if travel is not an option for you.
