Team Conditioning sessions are geared to get your team performing at their peak and working together as a team.
Team Building/Parties are great ways to kick of the season, or reward your team for all their hard work with a fun and adrenaline pumping Christmas party or year end wind up.

TEAM CONDITIONING
A one hour session geared towards getting your team working together to improve their skills, speed strength and stamina. Drills and activities are designed to work the area your team needs while having a great time.
After high energy conditioning and challenges, finish off your session with your choice of Reaction Light Team Challenges, 0R the ever popular GLOW dodge ball battle.

XTREME TEAM CONDITIONING

Bazooka Ball is much like paintball but without the mess OR the pain. Students don their protective body and face armor and blast 2 inch foam balls around the room. Because they are CO2 powered they are easy for all ages to operate. From accuracy and timed challenges to full on Bazooka Ball Battles, this is the ultimate in team building fun.
